There are a few months to go before our New Hope Mission Team departs for the Dominican on January 13, 2025!

Our 12 Team members* wanted to check in and give an update:

• We are still collecting Hygiene Bags and need 10 old suitcases with wheels.

Congratulations and blessings to Melody, Bill and Kennedy who were baptized at Pine Orchard Camp Sunday, July 14th! 

Thank you to the volunteers who helped remove our old signage at the front of New Hope. You sure made it look like a lot of fun! Stay tuned for our new joint sign with Angelic Treasures Daycare! 

 We give thanks for a wonderful afternoon of fun and fellowship with our New Hope Family and Friends, as we enjoyed a Progressive Lunch following the May 7th Service!

Special thanks to our gracious host families who opened their homes and to those who prepared food AND arranged for a surprise Ice Cream Truck for dessert!  

Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt was a blast - 75 guests including 36 children! We are so thankful for all who came out and special thanks to everyone who organized the event.

Our New Hope Mission Team of Dana, Robert, Cindy and Pastor Terry travelled to the DR from November 28 to December 5, 2022. They explored ministry opportunities, building projects, and possible medical clinic involvement with the Jaibon Free Methodist Church and connected with local churches and families. They gifted local families with over 90 infant care packages comprised of bibs, wash cloths, 

With your generous donations we were able to create 70+ boxes for New Hope's 2022 OCC Drive to provide a Christmas box to children overseas!

We rejoice with Dana on his decision to be baptized at Pine Orchard Camp on August 14! God is faithfully working in Dana’s life.

A beautiful day and turnout as we enjoyed a time of fellowship, food and fun! Special thanks to the Kellington family for hosting.

We officially welcomed Robert, Melody and Bill to our New Hope Family!

The Ladies had a wonderful time of fellowship and food as they wrapped up their study group for a summer break. Thanks Carol/Ron Hamilton for hosting!

The Ladies had a lovely evening in fellowship, sipping tea and enjoying tasty treats! Thank you to everyone who participated and to hostess Lady D!

Our annual Easter egg hunt was a ton of fun!  We were reminded how much Jesus loves us as we celebrated that Jesus is Alive!! 

What a party! 329 boxes were packed filled with toys, clothing, shoes, toothbrushes, soap and a handwritten Christmas card with encouraging words!

Ladies' Night Out - Christmas card making workshop November 10, 2021  

Thanks to all the ladies who attended our Christmas card workshop. All the participants enjoyed a fun evening of fellowship and created 3 beautiful handcrafted Christmas cards!

We are delighted to partner with the Food Bank of York Region to help those in our community through our monthly food bank program.

Each year we partner with International Childcare Ministries and sponsor two children. This year we collected $1,320 at our Annual Anniversary Sunday Service November 7, 2021. The funds went in support of 10 year old Nathaniel S. and 8 year old Evonne B. from the Philippines! See their comments below.

September 12th, 2021 Welcome Back BBQ - it was a terrific time of fellowship, fun and food following our Sunday worship service.

We had a blast at our Annual NH / Jays' Game cheering on our favourite Toronto Ball Team to an exciting victory over the Baltimore Orioles. Go Jays GO
